These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Chao Capital website and your enrollment in any of our educational programs. By accessing the website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions
- "Service" — the Chao Capital website and all educational programs offered through it
- "User" / "You" — any individual accessing the website or enrolling in a program
- "We" / "Us" / "Our" — Chao Capital Co., Ltd.
- "Program" — any of our three educational courses available for enrollment
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry, enrolling in a program, or continuing to use our website, you confirm that:
- You are aged 18 or above
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- You have read and understood these Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and do not enroll in any program.
3. Description of Services
Chao Capital offers structured financial education programs for adults aged 40 and above. We currently offer three programs:
- Household Financial Conversations Across Generations (7 weeks) — 3,590 THB
- Household Cashflow and Shared Financial Planning (11 weeks) — 6,790 THB
- Family Legacy Planning: An Integrated Program (15 weeks) — 10,790 THB
Program content is available to enrolled participants for the duration of their program plus a reasonable access period thereafter. All pricing is in Thai Baht (THB) and inclusive of all program materials.
4. User Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and programs only for lawful, personal educational purposes. You must not:
- Share your program access with others who have not enrolled
- Reproduce or distribute program materials without our written consent
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Attempt to access parts of the website or systems you are not authorised to use
- Submit false or misleading information in any form or enquiry
Participant Conduct
Participants in educational conversations are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith. Chao Capital reserves the right to withdraw access from any participant whose conduct is abusive or disruptive.
5. Enrollment and Payment
How to Enrol
Enrollment is confirmed after you submit an enquiry, receive a confirmation from our team, and complete payment. Enrollment is personal and non-transferable.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due before program access is granted. We accept bank transfer, PromptPay, and major credit cards. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB). Payment details are provided by our team after your enquiry is received.
Refund Policy
If you request a refund before accessing any program materials, a full refund will be issued within 14 working days. After program materials have been accessed, we do not offer refunds. If you experience technical issues preventing access to materials, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.
6. Course-Specific Terms
Program Delivery
Programs are self-paced and delivered digitally. There are no fixed attendance requirements, live sessions, or deadlines for module completion. Program materials remain accessible for at least six months after enrollment.
Optional Educational Conversations (Family Legacy Program)
Two optional one-on-one educational sessions are included with the Family Legacy Planning program. These sessions are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Availability is subject to scheduling; we aim to offer sessions within four weeks of your request.
No Certificates
Chao Capital does not issue certificates, credentials, or formal qualifications upon course completion. Our programs are educational in nature and not accredited by any external body.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, website content, and related intellectual property are owned by Chao Capital Co., Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, personal license to access and use program materials for your own educational purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any materials.
8. Disclaimers
Our programs provide general financial education. They do not constitute financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any form of professional consultation. The content is provided for educational purposes only.
Outcomes from our programs vary between participants. We make no representation about the results any individual will experience from completing a course.
Our website and programs are provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure continuity of access but do not warrant uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Chao Capital's liability in connection with any program or website use is limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs or website.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Chao Capital against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our programs or website.
11. Termination
You may withdraw from a program at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access program materials ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will first be addressed informally — please contact us at [email protected]. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
13. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Chao Capital.
- Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email. Continued use of the website or programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
